Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at U*tique Shop!  We are most interested in making shopping simple and fun for our customers.  We handpick every product and test for quality, but in case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

U*tique Shop returns are quick and easy.  In the case that you need to return something please email us at returns@utiqueshop.com with your order number and date of purchase.  Full refunds will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition and received within 30 days of purchase.  We will need to provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA) so please contact us before sending the item back.

If an item is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund, or credit, including free return shipping.

Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment.  The charge and refund will show up under the name, Utique, Inc.

Kindly contact us before sending the return shipment to receive your RA number and then return the product to:
