U*tique Shop returns work similarly to e-commerce.  In the case that you need to return something, please either call our Customer Service Line at 1-877-262-9681, or email us at help@utiqueshop.com.  Full refunds will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition and received within 21 days from date of purchase. 

If an item is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit, including free return shipping. In circumstances when an item is approved for return after 21 days a small restocking fee may be charged. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. The charge and refund will show up under the name, Utique, Inc.
